I agree - I'm using Abcom-image for my IPBox350 and I have the same problem. I can't download from the subtitle-button in the panel. Nothing happens.
I tried to install Buzzs-text manually but it will not work. Then I tried to install gSUB manually and I managed it to work (although I have to launch it manually) but after a while it hangs.
Please help.
