internet connection failure

wow. i am connected. browser is running ... and running ...fantastic! just after a while, need to know how to get the browser switched off .
HOW TO LEAVE THE BROWSER & GO BACK TO TV ? No other button but the 4 'cursor' and ok, for browsing within the page is reacting...

any idea or manual? What button to switch off?

ooohhh: maybe this isn't a bug .. sorry.
picture size in my tv was set to bigger than normal (cinema 16:9) so i couldn't see the upper bar, which i just had to klick on and all the options appear...after format has been set to noraml.
----> everything (at least the things i tried so far ) runs quite smoothly !
