Please, if you cannot get Private Gold/Tv2 Extra on Thor, leave a note on satdudez/toecutter
with the receiver brand and type you are using! Let's see if we fix this...Also write
the status line in the "smartcard" menu (last line), it will be "Decoding OK", "Not decoding" or "decoding failure".
