problems with flashing

hello,

situation is :

i ve got DB 7000s and i cant flash a new image( 1.09 )
i unpluged all cables from dreambox,
connected 9 pin com cable to pc,
run dreamUp v1.0.2.6
set local ip(pc) from "select one" after that i am getting remote ip( box) automaticaly, pressed "connect"
after pressing "connect" ive got "connection prepared, now switch on the dreambox",
pluged main cable to the dreambox
and....
nothing.
what is wrong? i tryed with cross over cable as well, also with two computers,
always the same.

can anybody help me?

DreamUp 214a - program for install firmware DM7000 - serial cable cros (nullmodem cable)

No "use network" !, setup corect Com port number.
- off power (cable power) Dream
- connectet serial cable Dream and PC
- start DreamUP 214 - press button "connect"
- on power cable in Dream
- after progres connect (bargraf "job") press in window button "flash"
and oppen select image 109xxxx.img
- wait please if all proces end - cca 12 min.
(if all progress end, new little window indication "Checksum OK")
- exit DreamUP, reconnect serial cable
- reboot = pres all 3 button in front panel
- if in On screen TV logo picture, press cca 10 sec. button "up"
(long press, if in LCD display Dream write down line "flash erase")
- after boot Dream, setup new image..., install setting, emu...
