Some minor problems with latest sf image

I have a 7020s running the latest sf image. I am experiencing some small problems.

From time to time the list of satellites/providers/channels/bouqets disappear. I then manually type in channel number and then I can see the list again. Anybody know how this happens?

I installed VLC 0.8.4 with ActiveX plugin for IE on my Win XP laptop. I can see the streaming video when I click on Web-X-TV link on upper left side of the dreambox web page. I get audio fine but I can't switch audio tracks! When I click on Audio button I can choose which track and then press select but the track doesn't change in the VLC plugin. Any help with this?

Last problem is that I have NTSC TV. I use separate converter box to convert PAL signal from Dreambox to TV. I see that Dreambox can output in NTSC. On the dreambox I switched to NTSC but the picture on my TV is cut on the bottom about 4cm. I played with the Vertical size & position on my Sony TV but that is not the problem. It looks like the Dreambox sends a cropped video signal to the TV. Any idea on how to fix this??

1. Chanel, buquet... edit in program DreamboxEdit v.172 or higer version.
2. VLC incompatibile... sorry
3. Correct output for your TV norm must be setup:

Step by step:
1. On power your Dream7020-S.
2. After complet start, press Remote button "menu" - goto in line "Setup" - press "OK".
3. In new window menu goto in line "System settings" - press "OK".
4. New window - goto in line "AV Setiings" - "OK"
5. Setup functions:
- Collor format (setup L - R buttons) (CVBS, RGB...)
- Aspect ratio (setup L- R buttons) (4:3, 16:9)
- TV System (setup L - R buttons) (PAL, PAL+PAL60, Multinorm, NTSC)
For NTSC TV working Multinorm or NTSC.
6. Press green button for SAVE !
